We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and managing successful email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

In this role you'll work with a group of passionate individuals who collectively work together to drive customer outcomes through eMail and SMS communications. With the acquisition of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, we are looking for someone to help us get campaigns live via the platform, including building journeys and reporting (in partnership with the Marketing Cloud Product Owner and the Digital Marketing Team). Supporting the Digital Marketing team, you will work together to develop and deliver multi-step communications via digital channels.

'Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and execute email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Work with the team to develop and implement email marketing strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate data for targeted campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing.

What will you bring:

• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email marketing
• Experience with data segmentation and personalization
• Strong understanding of email deliverability and best practices
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The salary range for this role is $101,287 - $142,993 with appointment dependent on skills, experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.'
