Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

Due to promotion, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Senior Analyst to join the Crown Funding Team. This is a strategic role which provides analysis and advisory support to senior leadership enabling Kāinga Ora to achieving its budgetary objectives.

This includes modelling of mid and short term enterprise scenarios based on financial planning, analysis of investment and funding options and scenarios that support fiscal and performance business decisions.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Preference for CA/CPA certified or equivalent 
  • Significant experience of financial modelling
  • Good knowledge of Machinery of Government budget and funding processes
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, collect, organise and analyse complex data to provide information and enable decision-making
  • The ability to clearly and concisely convey information and ideas in both oral and written communication
