Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a 3-month hourly rate contract. The ideal candidate will be proficient in requirements gathering, facilitating workshops, and conducting process mapping.

• Perform current state process mapping across the business paving the way for innovative future state solutions.
• Elicit requirements for enhancements.
• Lead core stakeholder workshops to establish effective operating models.
• Manage project task tracking, information flow via Jira and Confluence, and facilitate related project meetings, ensuring team engagement and ownership.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, especially in process improvement projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workshop facilitation.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
