The Company:
A specialised consultancy that has a strong presence in the Land Development space is on the lookout for Senior chartered (CPEng) Civil Engineers to join their Auckland office. They are in a significant growth phase and are looking to add to their team of multi-disciplined Engineers, Surveyors, Planners and Architects.
The Role:
As a Civil Engineer, you will undertake and/or oversee complex engineering projects that require expert application of advanced engineering knowledge while ensuring revenue and invoicing requirements are met. You will also provide cultural and people leadership by continuing to mentor high performing teams in order to maintain employee engagement and efficient delivery of services to clients (with the support of the Directors).

Key Skills:
- 5 plus years of industry consultancy experience as a Civil Engineer (land development, infrastructure, transport or water will be considered)
- Confident Civil 3d or 12D design skills are necessary
- AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS knowledge would be preferred
- Experience running projects from start to finish including construction monitoring on small-large scale projects
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients and contractors
