Senior Civil Project Manager – Auckland

Are you an experienced Senior Civil Project Manager with a knack for leading successful projects in the heart of Auckland? We’re seeking a seasoned professional with New Zealand-specific expertise in water, structures and heavy civil works to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and driving innovation.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications, ensuring project objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Utilize your expertise in water, structures, and heavy civil works to deliver sustainable and resilient infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in civil project management, with a focus on water, structures and heavy civil works.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Familiarity with New Zealand regulatory requirements and industry standards is highly desirable.
