Senior Commercial Property Manager

We are partnering with a high-profile public organisation that is seeking an experienced property manager for a six-month hourly-rate contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to manage a large, leased property portfolio and deliver exceptional occupier services at a senior and strategic level.
 
The role requires someone to:

• Oversee the end-to-end management of both expense and revenue leases, including rent reviews, renewals, and maintenance obligations.
• Deliver occupier services, such as acquisition processes, fit outs, and commissioning spaces.
• Perform strategic and tactical negotiations leases.
• Undertake Whole of Life Cost monitoring.

 
The desired experience or background of our preferred candidate:

• Has recent experience managing a large portfolio of both expense and revenue leased properties.
• Holds a degree in property management, valuation, or similar, and/or belongs to a membership body such as MPINZ or MRICS.
• Brings a strategic lens to a property portfolio.
• Has an understanding of Health and Safety, and compliance regulations.
• Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action.
