Senior HR Advisor confident in Employment Relations needed to hit the ground running, partner and advise managers in Education Sector.

They are going through significant change and need a Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner who is experienced managing ER cases end to end.
Role
- HR processes and projects and employment relations.
- Building relationships and trust easily with key stakeholders.
- Confident coaching, guiding and supporting inexperienced managers with HR advice and improving behaviour and performance, handling disciplinaries etc.
- Highly competent managing complex employment relations processes end to end, ideally in a unionised environment.

About you. You’re: - An experienced HR generalist who enjoys partnering with key stakeholders.
- A natural coach, comfortable guiding and training managers on HR processes.
- Confident with Employment Relations you enjoy leading performance improvement, disciplinary procedures, restructures etc. end to end.
- Have sound understanding of NZ employment legislation.
- Available immediately! 3 month minimum contract, possibly to be extended further.
- Have the right to work in NZ and have working knowledge of NZ employment legislation.
- Comfortable with detailed police vetting.
