Opportunity for a HR Advisor looking for the next step within an organisation that provides development and growth.  This is a permanent role located in Auckland Central.  

This role will provide support and advice to managers on HR and ER matters, performance management, learning and development and employee engagement.  This role will also assist with the enhancement of systems and processes.

Day to day you could expect to work on:
  • Talent management
  • Policies and procedures
  • HRIS
  • Recruitment
  • ER
  • Performance management
  • Learning and development
This role does require proven experience as a HR Advisor with solid ER experience.
