Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Our Senior HR Advisors assist with the implementation of strategic HR projects as well as transformational change across the organisation.
The role of Senior Advisor supports the People Partnering Lead, and the HR Business Partner, through the provision of end to end operational and transactional HR advice, including the delivery and implementation of HR strategies, policies and processes. In this role you may be expected to take autonomous accountability for a service/set of services or regions and/or support the portfolio's assigned to the HR Business Partner in the delivery of these services.
The Senior Advisor works in partnership with the HR Business Partner, managers and employees in the assigned service to understand the operational aspects and HR needs. You will also support the service in the achievement of its goals and operational requirements.

You will be joining a diverse team of HR Administrators, Coordinators and Advisors who enjoy working collaboratively to ensure the needs of our services are met. The role works in close collaboration with other Senior Advisors and the wider P&C functional teams to ensure the provision of a flexible, comprehensive, and value-add HR service.
