Senior HR Business Partner - 3-6 Month Contract

Role Overview: As a trusted Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving change within a complex, large-scale matrix organisation and in enabling their leadership teams to deliver outstanding people experiences and drive sustainable change outcomes. This position is critical for supporting their transformation journey, focusing on organisational change and design to optimise operations and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders (up to Exec/GM level) to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and deliver strategic initiatives.
• Drive organisational change efforts, focusing on leadership capability, performance management, and team experience uplift within a complex environment.
• Leverage group-wide people initiatives to support the business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage a broad set of relationships across key support office teams, being accountable for comprehensive people outcomes.

• Proven HR generalist experience in complex operational environments, with a strong focus on managing change and organisational design.
• Exceptional relationship-building and engagement skills, with the ability to deliver tailored people solutions that support strategic objectives.
• Familiarity with NZ employment legislation and experience in coaching senior business leaders.
