Senior Project Manager

About the role:

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to provide project advisory and management services, both front-end and delivery focussed, for a portfolio of key South Island clients. This position will be a full time position based in Wanaka.

You will be expected to take sole responsibility for the establishment phases of projects and ongoing responsibility throughout implementation stages. You will have a strong history of successfully taking large-scale projects from development through to handover, with a real passion for excellent service and project delivery.

About you:

• Minimum 10 years project management experience in a consultancy environment
• Experience across property, education, infrastructure projects
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Track record of excellent project delivery from development through to handover
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multi-party projects
• Current knowledge of NZ building regulations, especially NZS3910 standards
