- Mentor and guide four other intermediate engineers
- Ensure technical management, meet project deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
- Cultivate and manage existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Hold NZ or equivalent tertiary qualifications with CPEng (structural) registration.
- Demonstrate outstanding technical expertise with recent seismic and building design experience in New Zealand.
- Exhibit proficiency in managing existing clients and developing new relationships.
- Showcase local market knowledge and a robust client network.
