Service Delivery Specialist – Short Term contract

Working within a IT project team, you will provide a high level of service delivery and customer support including scheduling, tracking, documenting of projects and ensure project targets are met.

You will also ensure project purchasing and invoicing is performed in a timely manner including month and end year financial tasks and reconciliations.

The preferred candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work as part of a progressive and fast paced project team.

The preferred candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 1-3+ years experience in Service Delivery or project coordination
• Work autonomously and make clear and confident decisions.
• Know the concepts related to the delivery of a service
• Knowledge of project management tools (Agile, Waterfall etc)
• Adept in using Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Excel and Google Suite
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to engage with all levels of management and its key external contacts
• Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and programmes of work.
• Ability to manage multiple meeting deadlines and maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Ability to rapidly adapt and work in a fast paced and fluid environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Exposure within the education sector will be an advantage

All candidates must be based in Auckland with the ability to commence work at short notice.
