Salary: $80k - $90k (experience-based)
Benefits: Work tablet and phone
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities: Directly manage 4 team leaders and their 20+ staff

We're Looking For:

• Commitment to person-centred care using EGL principles (partnership with individuals, families, and whanau)
• Respect for diverse cultures and individual values
• Passion to innovate and ensure the highest standard of care
• Resilience to navigate complex challenges
• Proven leadership, providing consistent support and guidance
• Skillful roster management for optimal client support
• Unwavering dedication to Health and Safety

Requirements:

• Full, clean NZ driver's license
• 3-5+ years experience in the health/disability sector
• Relevant tertiary qualification (disability support, health, or management)
• Willingness to join on-call roster (approx. once every five weeks)
• Proficient in MYOB and Iplanit
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and workload management skills
• Experience managing budgets and rosters
