We are looking to engage with candidates who have experience of working on healthcare projects (eg DHB, clinics, hospitals etc) with a background in site management from a main contractor in the commercial sector. Applicants must have worked on these type of projects in New Zealand to be considered.
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Solid experience (4-5 years+) working in site management – we are looking at candidates capable of taking projects from initiation on site to handover
- Proven experience in the site management and delivery of healthcare (or related) builds, leading multiple subcontractor teams to successful outcomes
- You must be able to produce reports on the progress of construction as well as use your superb communication skills to develop and maintain relationships throughout
- Outstanding communication, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent leadership and problem solving abilities

The salary and package on offer for this position are in the region of $125-135k dependent on experience. The benefits package includes a car, fuel card, medical cover and retail discount programme amongst others.
