An experienced Site Manager is required for this well-established and successful interior fit-out contractor in their Auckland operation. The salary on offer is in the region of $100-120k depending on experience, a vehicle is included. The employer will consider those at both an intermediate and more senior level.
The position is to take full responsibility for all site activities and reporting to the project manager. You will be ensuring works are programmed to be delivered on time, controlling trades on-site and ensuring the scope of works is satisfied.

This role would be a good fit for a candidate who has extensive experience of working on commercial fit-out projects as a Site Manager, Foreman or Supervisor in NZ. Excellent communication skills, man management and the ability to prioritise are essential in order to be successful in this position.
