We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a keen team of waste & recycling processors & machine operators. Minimum of 2 yrs management experience essential.
- $28-$34 per hour
- Company Ute & Phone PLUS monthly bonus if targets are met
- Full time, permanent position
About the Company:
Our Client is in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry and their primary responsibility is to divert waste from landfill. They are a tight team and are seeking a motivated all-rounder with a can-do attitude to lead them.
About the Role:
As Site Supervisor you will oversee and coordinate site processes and transportation of all divertible materials. You will work closely alongside their small management and logistics team from Monday through to Saturday. Note, you MUST have a minimum of 2 years management experience.

Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years management experience on site is essential
- Must be Health & Safety conscious
- Communication skills with people from all walks of life
- Ability to forward and plan and prioritise, while still leading from the front with a hands-on style
- WTR / Forklift licence is an advantage but is not necessary
