**Key Requirements:**
- Minimum  STMS qualification (Practising Category A/B)
- Class 1 Full Driver's License (Class 2 preferred, but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in devising site-specific plans encompassing design, implementation, maintenance, and removal of temporary traffic management measures
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team
- Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing
