  • 12-month Fixed term contract
  • Auckland CBD location
Opportunity for a Strategic Business Partner to be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders. this will in include the following responsibilities:
  • Portfolio management
  • People planning and organisational design and development
  • HR projects and initiatives
  • Coaching of senior leaders
  • Provision of professional advice to enable good decision making
  • Insights and reporting
  • Lead change management
To be successful in the role you will be a strong strategic advisor with excellent enabling skills, business acumen and proven influencing skills at senior level.
