A knowledgeable Site Manager with Structural experience is required for this well established and successful contractor for their Tauranga
operation, this position is based in Tauranga. The salary on offer is in the region of $100k-140k, depending on relevant experience.
The role involves assuming complete responsibility for overseeing all on-site activities and reporting directly to the project manager. Your primary focus will be to guarantee timely delivery of scheduled tasks, manage on-site trades effectively, and ensure the fulfilment of the scope of works.

Your duties will include:
• Organise the work force and subcontractors to produce the work on site at the right time.
• Read and understand drawings and specifications including architectural, structural and basic services.
• Read project programme (or similar) and produce short term programs.
• Actively participate in the development and management of robust QA systems.
• Want to grow with our business and promote our values and culture.
• Promote and support a positive health and safety culture on site.
About you:
• 5+ Years as a Site Manager, Supervisor or Foreman with specific structural experience required.
• Previous work on projects exceeding $30M.
• Subcontractor management experience.
• Quality Assurance experience.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to relate to internal and external parties on all levels.
• An interest in further training and continual development.
