Subject Matter Expert Data Systems and Reporting

They are looking for Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Data Systems & Reporting for a full-time role.

The main objective of the SME Data Systems and Reporting role is to enhance the functionality of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and other reporting systems, in order to gain valuable insights into the Tauira (Student) experience. The SME will be responsible for managing SFMC and utilising other reporting systems, including developing and implementing Tauira journeys to improve their overall experience.

You will ideally have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
• Experience in designing, developing and maintaining data systems and reporting solutions
• Significant experience analysing, investigating, and interpreting data, issues, and situations
• Expertise in Power BI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and analytics software
• Experienced in project management, strategic development, customer needs analysis and budgeting for projects
• Experience in research design, preferably comfortable in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to deliver strategic advice and engage with senior/executive stakeholders

Salesforce marketing cloud experience will be advantageous, however if you do not have these skills but are open to learning on the job and posses strong experience with Data analysis, Power BI, and are well versed with SQL scripting we still encourage you to apply.
