About the role
Primary responsible for leading the sustainability strategy, business objectives and programs including review and continuous improvement
Your work will involve:
- Develop and build in-house sustainability programs in all aspects of the business
- Lead Sustainability strategy and thinking
- Keep the Company at the leading edge of construction sustainability
- Collecting, processing, and analysing the business's carbon data, and other sustainability initiatives and programs.
About you
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and implementing sustainability strategies and change management processes
- Experience in New Zealand sustainability legislation and UN Sustainable Development Goals
- You ideally have a tertiary qualification in sustainability, management or related areas
- Excellent people skills and stakeholder management skills
