Systems Accountant Contract

This organization is a market leader, with a strong and trusted brand. They are a well-known and respected business that provides high-quality service to its customers as well as having a grounded, great culture that supports a flexible working environment.  Due to large system changes for law changes to GST they need assistance with reconciliations of their booking entries.   

You will also be supporting the Head of Finance with other key projects in down time for the system change.  Involving heavy Excel skills you will have a sharp eye when it comes to numbers with 100% accuracy. 

You will be accessing data from two systems to create files that are continuous between the two.  Depending on timing there may be some business-related analysis thrown in there too.
  
What they need is:

• Someone who can come in and hit the ground running. 
• A seasoned contractor, the ability to pick up whatever is thrown at you is key. 
• The skill set required is a specialist in Excel partnered with a great understanding of GST.  Accuracy is where you shine.  
• Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills are without question and you will enjoy visibly seeing that you are making a difference to the business.
