Being a merchandising company, providing nationwide support to retail for iconic beauty and homewares brands in New Zealand, our client is looking for someone proactive, with strong communication and analytical skills, to fill this role.

The Personal Assistant will offer comprehensive support in all business areas, including communications, administration, project management, and client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
-Managing and supporting a team of nationwide merchandisers
-Trouble shooting - organising cover for sickness/holidays and extra projects
-Involved in the recruitment and training and on boarding of merchandisers for your team
-End of month figures/reporting
-Backup to Account Managers
-Managing the Helpline - customer service phone
-Computer Savvy - CRM systems, Retail applications

-Being able to work well with others - in the small office team and larger nationwide team of merchandisers
-Full Drivers Licence required - for occasional out and about work
-A work background in retail, sales or staff co-ordination
