Team Lead Structural Engineer

The Company & The Role:
A highly regarded specialist consultancy in Structural Engineering with a stable and steady workflow of projects across the Country. This consultancy is expanding and adding in a new layer of leadership - we are on the lookout for a Senior Structural Engineer to support their already healthy client base and mentor a team of 2 in the Auckland office. 
  
The Role:
Working across both Residential and Commercial Buildings projects, they are also known in the market for their high-end Architectural, quality, and interesting projects. Your role will be to take the lead on Project Management, taking on initial briefs and overseeing the design and end-delivery of new designs, retrofits as well as seismic assessments.

To be successful:

You will have a minimum of 6 years experience as a Structural Engineer in New Zealand, with a solid understanding of all areas of the market. Ideally, we are looking for CPEng with Engineering NZ or someone who is in the process of putting their application together. Communication skills will be key here.
