The Role:
Seeking a Senior Structural Engineer who is ready to take the step into an official Team Leader role for the Hamilton office Structural division and reporting into the Regional Manager for the Waikato and Bay of Plenty. At the forefront of the role, you will be tasked with developing the current clients as well as new business relationships. On a delivery front, you will oversee the project from concept to delivery including project management, mentoring and coaching others.

You:
- Communication skills will need to be very strong both written and verbal
- Leadership/mentorship skills of Grads plus
- Chartered in NZ (CPEng qualified) is preferred, however not necessary
- Realistically you will need to have been operating within the New Zealand market for a sustained period or as a returning Kiwi
