Team Manager – Contact Centre

Are you an experienced Leader that has the ability to be decisive and remain calm under pressure?
The primary focus of this role is coaching to lift capability and improve outcomes, improve engagement, measure the quality of work, and manage the performance of every team member.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 Collections Registry Officers or Debt Officers.
It is a busy role and requires someone who can balance their teams needs with the needs of the business and, most importantly those of our participants.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $83,562 and $107,862 based on skills and experience.
