About the role:
The TechnologyOne Application Support Engineer's primary role is to enhance and maintain the applications, data, and processes within the Portfolio. Their aim is to ensure that business objectives and stakeholder requirements are met efficiently, leveraging the full potential of our applications and services.

Deliverables: 
• Assisting users and maintaining the portfolio of current business applications.
• Contributing to the integration of new capabilities, services, and technologies by collaborating, documenting, developing/configuring, testing, and providing support.
• Working closely with Product Owners, Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and all staff.
• Recognizing and executing enhancements for process efficiency and automation.

Must have a background in: 
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in roles related to TechnologyOne application development, administration, support, and maintenance.
• At least 3 years of experience in working with supply chain and finance operations.
• Familiarity with various software development life cycles, including traditional SDLC or agile methodologies like rapid, extreme, iterative, etc.
• Skilled in creating high-quality system and support documentation.
• Experienced in working within frameworks such as ITIL or CMM, or any other IT Service Management environments.
• Knowledge in scripting development or utilizing process automation tools.
• Competent in TechnologyOne/ERP modules, particularly those related to Finance and Procurement.
• Experience with tools like BPA, ETL, Forms, DP Jobs, and proficiency in SQL, APIs, Web services, scripting, and programming languages.
• Experience in managing operations and workflows through service management tools like ServiceNow or Cherwell.

Nice to haves:
• Familiarity with ITIL, associated best practices in service management, and project methodologies, including Agile.
• Understanding of hospital systems or health sector environments is preferred.
• Basic management of third-party service providers in relation to their specific roles and responsibilities.
