Description
We are seeking a dedicated STMS to join one of our well-established clients. As an STMS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic management operations at our job sites. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate traffic control measures, ensuring the safety of our workers and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide direction to traffic management crews.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain clear communication with site personnel, contractors, and authorities.
Qualifications:
- Valid STMS qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of traffic management regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
