This is an exciting opportunity to join Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora, Te Matau a Māui in the role of Transition Lead (Holidays Act). You will lead a tight-knit and passionate team of three direct reports, and have the opportunity to improve and initiate process and system advances. Work alongside a group of seasoned payroll professionals to help monitor payroll compliance.
Located in the sunny Hawkes Bay we live in pure paradise. We are known for award-winning food and wine, outstanding architecture, and warm balmy days surrounded by magnificent landscape.
In this role you will provide oversight and support to the payroll teams and stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance with the Holidays Act, tax and any other legislative requirements.
