About this position 

A position is available for a motivated Registered Nurse to join the Care Capacity Demand Management (CCDM) Team at MidCentral as a TrendCare Coordinator.  The role will be 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

 

TrendCare is a patient acuity and workforce management tool which is a foundation of the CCDM Programme. The TrendCare Coordinator will take a lead role in providing coordination, facilitation, planning, communication, education, and support for the ongoing enhancement of the current system. This role works as part of the CCDM team within the Integrated Operations Centre to support delivery of high-quality outcomes for the organisation, its staff, and patients.

 

To achieve success in joining this motivated team you must be conversant with TrendCare or have a sound understanding of patient acuity systems. 

 

The successful applicant will need to have:

-          An interest in data and the role data plays in contemporary healthcare

-          Current New Zealand APC

-          Registered Nurse with no restrictions

-          Experience in senior leadership

-          Professional Portfolio at Level 4. Evidence of working towards completion will be considered

-          Post graduate qualification

-          Understanding of TrendCare or other acuity systems and their application

-          Highly skilled at teaching and coaching

-          Advanced computer skills

-          Ability to analyse data
