Health Care Assistant for Variance Response Management Team

Middlemore Central (MMC) is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to become part of the Variance Response Management (VRM) team. We are in search of HCAs who are dedicated to be part of the Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau whaanau and are passionate about making a positive impact through their mahi.


This is a fabulous opportunity to work within a newly established team, providing support to the nursing workforce. In this role, you will collaborate with teams throughout Middlemore's acute services to ensure prompt and effective variance response management to support the delivery of safe and high-quality patient care. The Variance Response team will be providing rostered cover over 24 hours/ 7days a week. Flexible working hours available.


The successful candidate will have proven clinical experience, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to supporting change in alignment with Counties Manukau organisational values.


Essential

  • Level 4 Health Care Assistant certificate with 1+ years HCA experience

  • or Level 3 HCA certificate with 2+ years HCA experience or equivalent
