About the opportunity:
This client is a leading nationwide provider of water treatment products and systems, backed by more than 30 years of industry expertise. As a well-established company, they take pride in delivering high-quality solutions to their valued customers. Currently, they are seeking a passionate Water Treatment Consultant to work with customers on a wide range of drinking water treatment solutions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with customers to analyze water tests and develop customized water treatment solutions, providing accurate job quotes.
- Offer technical product guidance and address customer inquiries, ensuring the highest level of support and service.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Develop training events and materials to enhance customer knowledge and awareness.
- Provide support to the sales team through effective communication via telephone, email, and in-store interactions.
This role will suit someone with all or some following background/experience/qualities:
- Technical expertise in the water industry.
- Experience with Pentair product and components (or similar) would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Positive attitude and a strong customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience with drinking water treatment systems is advantageous, but training will be provided.
